PTSD Therapy Online
The Trauma Practice offers PTSD therapy online.
PTSD is treatable. You do not need to leave the safety of your house to get help for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Online or Face-to-Face Therapy?
Online Therapy works in a similar way to face-to face therapy. It just takes place online.
What are the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?
If you are suffering from PTSD you might experience some of the following symptoms: feeling on edge, acting aggressively, avoiding intrusive thoughts, people or places related to the traumatic experience. Experience difficulties regulating your mood.
You might be suffering from psychological and somatic difficulties following a trauma. When these trauma symptoms last for longer than one month they may be classed as part of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
How can we help?
We will start by getting to know you, understand the difficulties you are having and build a therapeutic bond. We then discuss what it is you need to help you get better using a holistic integrative approach.
