Psychotherapy Practice London

I am based in: The Centre For Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in Little Venice Paddington. The nearest tube station is Warwick Avenue. A five minute walk to the CCPE building. You can also walk along the canal from Paddington station. This is a ten minute walk. Sheldon Square Amphitheater is a few minutes walk which makes an ideal location for lunch especially during the summer months.
Psychotherapy Practice Hertfordshire

I run a psychotherapy practice from my home in Cuffley, Hertfordshire. It is a ten minute drive from junction 24 or junction 25 of the M25. It is a five minute walk from Cuffley train station. Cuffley train station is a 25 minute train journey from Finsbury Park tube station.
Online Therapy
We also offer online therapy. You will need a private space where you will not be disturbed as well as a good internet connection. If you are taking part on EMDR therapy online it is helpful to have a reasonably sized lap top placed on a desk at eye height. This is not essential but is helpful.
