COUNSELLING BENEFITS - COUNSELLING WALTHAM CROSS
FEEL SUPPORTED
If you are having a difficulty it is helpful to discuss it with a psychotherapeutic professional. They can offer support and empower you to make changes if needed.
EMOTIONAL STABILITY
Difficulties in life can throw us off balance making us feel emotionally unstable. Embracing and understanding our emotions good and bad can help you regain emotional balance.
BALANCED PERSPECTIVE
Life can throw any number of difficulties in our direction. Sharing a difficulty with a therapist changes the nature of the problem enabling you to gain a balanced perspective.

COUNSELLING FAQ's
How Long Will Counselling Last?
Counselling usually last 8 to 12 weeks or as long as is needed in order to help you. We offer open ended counselling sessions.
What happens in a Counselling session?
Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes. They are client lead meaning you are able to talk about whatever you like with the therapist's support.
How does counselling help?
Having a therapist's ear to support you through a difficult time can change the way you think and process it. Getting a difficulty out in the open and hearing yourself talk about a problem changes its nature.
